I had an idea to create a watercolor for the energy of the planet, Saturn, in each Zodiac Sign. This one represents Capricorn, but also carries a Cancer vibe in that the structure could be a home and protector of the feminine and the moon. Cancer is in polarity to Capricorn; they oppose each other in the zodiac.
Capricorn, the 10th sign, is the natural ruler of Saturn. It is an Earth Sign and Cardinal, which give is a natural tendency to initiate. Saturn represents the structure and form. Saturn is also father time and as such has a history. These eventual calendar paintings were all meant to show dense elements like rocks and statues.
